True Frequency Technology is our proprietary process of embedding specific frequencies into our products. Our primary frequency is 7.83Hz — the Schumann Resonance, also known as the Earth's natural grounding frequency. Each color represents a different proprietary frequency:

Our Silicone Sine Bands come in five sizes:

• Extra Small (6.25") — great for children or women with smaller wrists

• Small (6.75") — perfect for larger children and most women

• Medium (7.5") — fits most women and some men

• Large (8.25") — fits the majority of men or larger women

• Extra-Large (9") — ideal for larger wrists or ankles

Yes! Our Silicone Sine Bands are completely waterproof. You can swim, shower, and bathe while wearing them. They are also heat-resistant, color-fast, chemical-resistant, fungi-resistant, and easy to clean.

Yes — our Silicone Sine Bands have a lifetime warranty on the embedded technology. If your bracelet breaks, simply take a photo of the broken band and email it to us. We'll send you a code that reduces the replacement price to zero — you only pay shipping and handling.

The EMF Safe Haven is our flagship whole-home wellness device. It plugs into any standard wall outlet and uses your home's existing grounding wiring to resonate our proprietary frequency throughout your entire living space — covering up to 50,000 sq ft. If you don't know your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement. You can also use an at-home ring sizer. Our rings are available in whole and half sizes. When in doubt, order a half size up — it's easier to adjust a slightly larger ring than a tight one.

Our Bamboo Frequency Socks are available in separate Men's and Women's sizing:

Our Massaging Gel Insoles come in multiple sizes to cover a wide range of shoe sizes for both Men and Women. Each size listing includes the corresponding shoe size range. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size as insoles can be trimmed to fit.
